Therapy is a way to define and reach personal goals. Our team approach includes tailoring your treatment to those needs by integrating the use of evidence-based therapy interventions, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), along with your preferred intervention, such as art or play therapy techniques, love with logic parenting traits, Solution Focused Therapy, or Person-Centered Therapy, for example.  My experience includes working with all ages, individual, family, and group counseling. I have a MA in Professional Counseling, and have completed post graduate Certifications in Autism, and Military Resiliency.  We welcome individuals and families that need some help in seeking any number of solutions, including addiction challenges.  We also offer Heart Focused Christian Counseling, as requested, while welcoming all with a warm heart.
